Our Story
A curiosity from the past, a vision for the future.
THABATWOOD is a curiosity that began with a short experience and, through years of observation and research, grew into a manufacturing vision.
The story of THABATWOOD began in the 2010s with our first carpentry experience in a small shop beneath our building. This short experience allowed us to get to know wood and its production processes closely. The impressions we gained in those days became one of the starting points for looking at the sector with different eyes and developing new ideas in the years that followed.
Over the years we researched the needs, production methods and technological developments of the woodworking sector. Combining the curiosity born of our past experience with our research, we decided to turn the idea of developing our own production technologies into a concrete project.
With this in mind, we founded THABATWOOD in Istanbul in 2025. At the end of 2025 we began preparations for the production of our machinery and took our first tangible steps towards turning our ideas into reality.
In 2026 we set up our first production facility in Türkgücü Organised Industrial Zone in Tekirdağ and moved our headquarters to Tekirdağ. Our corporate journey, which began in Istanbul, thus entered a new period focused on production and R&D.
Today we continue our infrastructure work and our R&D processes. Ahead of us lies a long road, shaped by the technologies we will develop and the projects we will bring to life.
